I'm pre-ordering it!
BTW, this is Maya, Jen Hathy's friend. I'm the one who wants to option the film rights to "Suspended." I have no idea what I'm doing, though, so I'm saving up money so I can get my lawyer to help me out on this.
I'm friends with a director/producer who's interested, but right now he's in preproduction for a different feature. He wants to help adapt your book, though. The last thing he thought was worth adapting was Johnny Cash's autobiography, but he got beat to the punch on that one.
Once my job situation resolves itself (uh...see my LJ) I'll be able to pursue this.

Heh . . . "company." It's just little ol' me. I contacted Paige at Folio Lit, but I haven't kept up contact because of the lawyer/money thing. I need to get my ducks in a row first.

by the way i will be coming to the chicago area
(well Urbana -near Champaign) in october.
in october. I'll be there for a week
